Nice apartment, however management and maintenance has no regard for tenants well being, mice infested apartment and they send a maintenance man with one package of sticky traps, then advised me to purchase molding for my entry door. What happened to contacting an exterminator that will seal all the holes where rodents can get in? If you have absolutely no where else to move, let it be your very last option!!!
This was the worst experience I've ever had! The apartment in the Ferndale building was nice even though I had hot water problems for the full length of my lease....and no light in my bedroom for the last 3 months of my lease! Now it's been over a month and I still haven't recieved my deposit back! The supervisor Cheryl Humphreys was so rude and disrespectful towards me!
