I purchased two Eco Spas from this company. Contacted them January 20th about my pump leaking that is still under warranty. Sam/Samson told me for months that the part was ordered and should be at my house any time. The part did show up 2.5 months later on April 10th. Sam told me his guys couldn't be down until the following week to install, that week came and went. He has failed to return a call or text since so I had friends come over to install and the wrong part was ordered. Still getting ignored by Southwest Hot Tub so ... read more

Bought a Wellis Atlas hot tub from Southwest Hot Tub Warehouse and it’s been a nightmare. The cleaning system doesn’t work, the waterfall cracked and leaks, and the panels keep falling off. They poorly attempted to fix the issues, then blamed me or the manufacturer (Wellis) instead of taking responsibility. They also lied about submitting a warranty request on my behalf — when I checked with Wellis directly, they confirmed no request was ever submitted. Now the dealer has stopped responding altogether. Mark was incredibly helpful. He helped us with picking out our hot tub. He even stopped eating his lunch even after I told him we could come back afterwards. The entire process was really fast and easy and our hot tub was delivered and set up the next day.
