My experience with this company was phenomenal and there communication was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Bought a Wellis Atlas hot tub from Southwest Hot Tub Warehouse and it’s been a nightmare. The cleaning system doesn’t work, the waterfall cracked and leaks, and the panels keep falling off. They poorly attempted to fix the issues, then blamed me or the manufacturer (Wellis) instead of taking responsibility. They also lied about submitting a warranty request on my behalf — when I checked with Wellis directly, they confirmed no request was ever submitted. Now the dealer has stopped responding altogether. Mark was incredibly helpful. He helped us with picking out our hot tub. He even stopped eating his lunch even after I told him we could come back afterwards. The entire process was really fast and easy and our hot tub was delivered and set up the next day.
Great people to work with, from the order to the delivery and setup.
