Mark was incredibly helpful. He helped us with picking out our hot tub. He even stopped eating his lunch even after I told him we could come back afterwards. The entire process was really fast and easy and our hot tub was delivered and set up the next day.

Saw them at the Prescott Valley home show but my wife couldn't make. I was very impressed with the ecospa hot tub and the sales presentation and explanation. So we went to Peoria and met Samson and his dad. Samson took the time to explain everything about the hot tubs and answered all her questions. So we bought the E3 tub. On our drive home they called to deliver it the next day. Great service and friendly and knowledgeable sales. The hot tub is the perfect size for us.
Our installers were great , thorough and very patient helping me understand our new hot tub and its operations
