Terrible! I waited in the clinic for an hour and a half, with a raging headache and several loud screaming children who's parents had no mind to quiet them down. The counter clerks also said nothing to the parents of the screaming children, at one point one was crawling on the floor under my seat. Seems the duty of the establishment to step in on those situations.
