Worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I paid for a 75-minute deep tissue massage, and the therapist clearly had no idea what deep tissue even means. I kept asking for more pressure over and over, but he just lightly rubbed oil on me the entire time. It was a complete waste of money. When I contacted the owner, she didn’t care at all. My daughter gave me a gift certificate to this place for $100. I tried several times to use it and was unable. I was supposed to get a refund in 3 days. It has been much longer than that, with no refund. They do not stand behind their appointments OR their word. Judy Hurd
