Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars. My uncle was under this facilities care, and he committed suicide. I don't think there's any elaboration needed. The mental healthcare system is broken, and of course this facility is included.

Came to these people in mental crisis. Enrique was the first I spoke to. I'll never forget how compassionate and understanding he was. He also called me to try to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I see Katelynn (I'm terrible at names and probably misspelled her name, 😐) She is Wonderful. Very empathic, compassionate and such a good listener. I know I haven't been easy to deal with. I'm not having an easy time dealing with me and everything around me.. but Katelynn is helping me.
