Horrible install, no customer service! Owner came out and said it should not be like this but no help! Wasted money on artificial turf! Do not use this company! I am reaching out to Other companies for help!
This company came out to our neighbors property doing some type of work but made a mess in our driveway in the process of it all. Unacceptable.
This entire experience exceeded my highest possible expectations - from both the process and results perspective. My initial inquiry received prompt response, the onsite appointment was on time and extremely informative, I was offered a variety of options, the process was thoroughly explained and all my questions answered.
