Southwest Granite came and did work even though my counter was purchased by another company. I recontacted the company to fix the chips on my quartz kitchen counter top, and secure the sink with clamps. Southwest Granite agreed to do all the work. A scheduler contacted me and booked a half day appointment,now saying they would only do the chip repair. The company then called again & cancelled all service! The Manager would not contact me to discuss the cancellation. Not Professional!
Poor quality, poor service I would NOT recommend Southwest Granite. I have installed granite in six homes over the past twelve years, but this is the first time I used Southwest Granite and I was very disappointed with the results. The owner was very unprofessional with his estimates and communication, and he missed several scheduled deadlines but never bothered calling me to tell me he was not going to show up - I always had to track him down. Great Job! A very happy Customer! I have had several homes over the years and I have had work done in all of them... granite, roofing, pools, concrete, patios, landscaping and much more. When looking for a reputable granite fabricator in the area I started asking around. I went to Arizona Tile and a few other places and Kevin @ Southwest was highly recommended by all of them. The workers who did the fabrication and install did a great job and were friendly and respectful of my home. The job was done and all should have good but.... When I hired Southwest Granite for my project I gave Kevin a check for payment. A couple of days later he said he could do the job earlier if I gave him cash - which I did and reminded him to destroy the check he had (yes- I should have asked for it back but I am a trusting person).
