Every since this place has been under new management it's been completely fine. They have hard to find parts that I usually buy at CRL but CRL doesn't have them. They are a great place for bead , balances and hospitality hardware.
I saw they are under new ownership and stopped by to grab some glazing. The gal up front was very courteous and friendly. The guy who helped me got me what I needed. No complaints. Deserving of another go if you've had a bad experience in the past.
We have left message after message with no response. Vague emails about being out of stock, product has shipped, and or my personal favorite-your cc is not working. This has been going on for months. We were on hold for 45 minutes yesterday when someone finally answered and placed us on hold to only be disconnected. Is there no one in charge at this company? I would seek out any other source for product before sending an order to this company because you will not receive it.
