I was so scared with my experience from the ER days earlier but Dr. Anthony Defilippo did such great job that I'm awestruck.
Dr DeFillipo and the staff at Southwest far exceeded my expectations. The combination of professional expertise and personal connection resulted in better outcomes than I had anticipated, and I was provided follow up transitional protocol to ensure continued efficacy. I would recommend Dr. D and this staff to anyone seeking physical therapy.
I attended therapy at this facility in North Olmsted and was very pleased with the results. Anthony and Tara were very caring in performing the needed therapy and were very professional. I will return to this facility if I need any further therapy.
