Terrible experience. Was sent here after an urgent care visit to remove a cyst. They overbooked patients and had to wait an extremely long time to be seen. Was scheduled for a 10:30PM appointment and was not seen by head doctor until 2PM. Instead of rescheduling me, staff made me hurry up and wait in a gown. Medical procedures will not be prioritized, but plastic surgeries will. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
