Wife called our primary care about a cough. She wanted a test for covid since shes pregnant and at high risk of miscarriage. No answer on the phone, left a message and two weeks later still no call back. Un-freaking-acceptable. I don't care if it is the bubonic plague running rampant, there is no excuse for just ignoring a pregnant womans concerns. Feel like talking to a lawyer honestly. Luckily her OB got back to her in minutes and had her get tested the next day.
