On there big bright yellow card it says call for transportation but that's on their terms. They have an evening program but they only offer the day time members transportation. Welcome to the American health care system. This is why people kill themselves. There is no help for the helpless and no hope for tje hopeless... Just sad.
They open at eight. Their phones don’t come on till 8:30. It’s 8:45. Phones still aren’t on. Med refills take at least two days. I like my PA and counselor. Sometimes there’s a nice girl at the front desk and sometimes there’s a dismissive lady. Which is fine cause most of the time I have video appointments.
If you don’t have insurance watch out nearly 400$ for first office visit which later they call and code as an evaluation even though I wasn’t really evaluated I was just told about the facility and the program and what they offer. A few why didn’t you come in today questions isn’t exactly a psych evaluation to me. Even when my insurance will cover it it still ends up being extremely high priced for mental health.
