If I could give it zero stars I would.. Had me wait almost an hour to see the "doctor" which was not there only to tell me if I wanted to reschedule to be seen.. Was no help at all trying to put my dad as a new patient very rude and disorganized.. They said they knew a day before my dad app that the doctor wasnt gonna be there and couldnt even give me a call to let me know if I wanted to reschedule the app I live all the way in Lytle TX was very upset now looking for a different center so he can be seen would not recommend
Dr. Oscar Rivera and staff were wonderful. When I was picked up by ambulance I asked for this hospital because of great service with caring staff prior to this. It hadn’t changed - great carrying staff. Thank you Southwest General.
Really rude staff that talk to you as if you are low..
