Guest bed futon things are absolutely horrible. Been here 2 nights and can hardly walk. I am actually considering sleeping on the floor the next few nights while I wait for my fiancé to recover from her c section. Aside from that the nurses and staff were 5 star. Very friendly and professional and took good care of my fiancé and baby. I felt I had to remove 2 stars however, due to the 2 discs in by back that feel out of line from sleeping on what feels like a ‘95 Dodge Caravan bench seat. I went to my annual Cardiologist visit here. My office visit was $240. Southwest also sent a bill for $445 JUST FOR WALKING IN THE DOOR! I won't go back here EVER. They don't disclose their facility fee!
I just had the best experience with SWGH's Women's Health department (18181 Pearl Rd. Strongsville, OH 44136). I was able to get 3 appointments scheduled back to back (8am, 9:30am, 10:30am) which meant only a half day to take off from work. Then the day came and I completed ALL 3 appointments AND added bloodwork and was done by 9:30am. All of the staff I came in contact were friendly, profesional, knowledgeable, and caring.
