Called and asked about lab work at 8am Saturday morning. Girl said sure, just come on up. I found a sign in door when i arrived, No Saturday Hours. I guess that's funny.
Worst place we have ever been. Dr. Alfred did not offer an ultrasound to see where an abscess was. He said he needed to cut my son’s elbow open to see what was inside. We left and called to ask why did you not do an ultrasound after talking to a friend who is a nurse who was shocked by his response. They said we would be charged again if we came back to have it taken care of properly with that procedure.
