Absolutely horrible! Took my little cousin there because he had an abscess. Tried explaining everything to the doctor asked her to take a minute because she wouldn’t listen kept cutting me off. She was so rude. We left after an hour waiting due to the situation. Definitely never going back. Try Cleveland Clinic at least they try.

Fast attention. Very nice helpful nurses. The care of the workers in Southwest emergency are far more attentive than any other place. They have been trained well and see to your visit much better than an emergency room elsewhere.
