I came as company for a friend. Poor experience and I wasn’t even the patient. Horrible impression. Why bother giving out appointment times if you’re going to keep the person waiting 1 hour and 24 mins past their time?! No seemed to care and my friend was dismissed both times she tried to check on her status. I will definitely be making sure my primary care physician never sends me here if I need referral. *EDIT: waited OVER 2 HOURS past the appointment time because once they moved her to an actual exam room we waited again ... read more
