Worst company/customer service ever hands down period.
Nevada puc is derelict in their regulatory control of nv gas and Berkshire Hathaway nv energy. Let’s talk synergy of services. With a booming housing and apartment build out in Clark county and thousands of thousand s of new connects rates should based on the pucs means test should actually decrease. Adding services buildout is a ten year capital outlay of costs that must be absorbed by the utility. Yet not one nv politician calls out the legal regulators of these utilities. Waited on hold for over 4 hours today before I just hung up. I haven’t had gas for 9 days. Tomorrow will be 10. All I need is someone to answer the phone so I can get my gas turned back on. It doesn’t help that the whole time you’re on hold the automated system is boasting how SW Gas helps families heat their homes, take nice warm showers, and cook meals. HAHAHAH haven’t had that in 9 days.
I recently moved here from a snowy northern state, and I have never seen such high Gas bills in my life. I rarely turn on my heat here to keep cost down, and my bill has regularly been over $200. How is that when I live pretty much without heat?
