Waited on hold for over 4 hours today before I just hung up. I haven’t had gas for 9 days. Tomorrow will be 10. All I need is someone to answer the phone so I can get my gas turned back on. It doesn’t help that the whole time you’re on hold the automated system is boasting how SW Gas helps families heat their homes, take nice warm showers, and cook meals. HAHAHAH haven’t had that in 9 days.
I recently moved here from a snowy northern state, and I have never seen such high Gas bills in my life. I rarely turn on my heat here to keep cost down, and my bill has regularly been over $200. How is that when I live pretty much without heat?
$500 bill for December for 2 senuor citizens when the heater was broken 1 person home no one uses the gas stove so ????? Now in a bind ... this is so unjust
My bill is going up and up and up every time I called they gave me the same answer the weather will you raise the price customer service play not even professional we need some courtesy and also my bill needs to be 48 dollar and it goes to 158 and it goes to 250 I called and asked what's going on they told me the same reason they don't have even a clue
