I tried to pay my bill with the he phone they tell me I don't know when I was born. I can't log in to my account because they have my birthday wrong.
They don't even deserve 1/2 a star. We are new here and did our due diligence more than once to setup gas before we got here. Southwest gas' website said the house is unserviceable which is funny since the tenants before us had gas. We even called twice knowing it was a gas house since it has a gas stove to which the employees brushed us off and said the house wasn't serviceable. On the day of arrival, employees refused to fix the companies error so we are here without heat and hot water. We are unable to cook or do laundry.... read more
Our gas bills have increasingly gone up. Over $100 a month higher than last winter which was a much colder winter than this year. They say it’s because gas prices have gone up. I say it’s because they’ve built a multimillion dollar facility in Winnemucca and now paying for it.
