Timely, experienced and detail oriented. Had an issue with some wood material I supplied for our wood clad doors and the crew at SW garage doors jumped right on it swapped out the wood and got right to work. No issues or complaining. Highly recommend

Just moved into a place and wanted my garage door serviced. I initially emailed their contact form on their website but never heard back. Seems like that went to a blackhole. Eventually just had to call them. The $99 "service call" was a little steep I think, especially when all I needed was a regular lube and tune-up which was an additional $159. Tech said in the future they would waive the service call charge. Otherwise, the tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, and tuned everything up correctly.
