Prompt and courteous. Took time to explain what he had done to fix the opener and some hints about basic operation. Also said that I SHOULD complete warranty registration!
As always, they came quickly and handled all the repairs and I didn’t have to miss work to be there. There are VERY few companies that are as helpful and fair as Southwest.
We wanted a new modern look for the front of our house. The best way to achieve with that was through our garage door. Southwest garage doors was the only company that understood our vision and I am so proud of our new look. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The installers are great. The owner of the company is great. I’m very happy with the whole experience.
SW Garage Doors did not disappoint! Everyone we met along the process was super helpful, friendly, and professional. We live our new garage door!
