This was my first time dealing with this company and I found their customer service to be lacking. Their pricing is inflated and undisclosed until after you drop off your materials. Their management is unwilling to discuss and resolve any issues with service and seem to have no care for the customer. They tacked on extra charges that were not disclosed while holding my materials hostage. I can not recommend this company as my experience was not good.
