We had been turned down by a couple of lenders, so we figured we just wouldn't qualify for a mortgage. At least not right now. Then we found Jeff. He looked at our overall situation and said that he could get us a loan. We were like, "great!" but also cautiously optimistic. Kept thinking something would come up and we wouldn't qualify. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Jeff Schraeder was always available to answer all of my questions during the homebuying . He kept us updated while we waited for the underwriters. I was extremely greatly for his attentiveness, his knowledge, and his kindness!
I can't say enough about the professionalism,quick service and care that was received from Shane House of Southwest Funding. He was amazing start to finish,was available 24/7 to be of assistance. Mr. House provided a game plan to ensure that we would have a easy journey. Shane was able to get me a lower rate than expected. He and the Southwest funding team defitnely look out for the veterans in which other say they do but dont . SWF stand on their word.
