This was the worst loan provider I’ve ever dealt with in my real estate career. It was one excuse after another as to why we were delayed. And the deal NEVER closed. Cost the buyers their earnest money and sellers back to market. The reason it didn’t close had to do with income which was absolutely known from the start.
