There was a tremendous lack of communication leading up to closing, with a lot of information provided at the last minute and only after multiple requests. Then there was an error with the flood insurance and David did not assist with resolving it at all. I had concerns with the way in which the policy was being assumed and raised them multiple times, only to be told repeatedly that things were fine.
