Worst experience ever! My lender was always slow to respond. He promised DPA and at the last minute said it wasn't available. During the search he said that I could get up to 3% of the purchase price with a max of 9k. I looked into other options that were not as good so I went with what he offered. I had to ask about any requirements including education. This was dismissed saying I didn't need it.
