Blake and John were fantastic salespeople, very polite and respectful, worked up a decent deal on a Ranger for me. Although I didn’t end up purchasing because it wasn’t a right fit for me, Southwest Ford earned my business whenever the time comes.
This was the time I have used Southwest Ford to purchase a vehicle. I feel like I got a great deal and got everything that I wanted in my purchase. Ryan at the service department is excellent, very communicative, and kept me up-to-date on the balancing of my tires. I recommend this to anyone looking for a vehicle or need service on their vehicle.
Just bought a 2026 truck at Southwest Ford. It was a mistake!! Trouble from day one! We have gone back to the dealership twice. They don't know how to fix the navigation system that does not fully work and were to research it and call us back. Crickets! No calls. Left 3 calls for salesman, no call back. Left message for finance, no call back. Did not disclose several things to us when we were purchasing but we have since discovered them. Filed a complaint with Ford Resolution for customers.
