I have both a negative and a glowing positive review. I bought a used 2017 Ford Fusion in January of 2023. The 15th of January, to be exact. On my contract was written I would receive a new key, as there was only one key provided, and that is what I had negotiated with the seller. When I went to pick up my new key to have it programmed, I was merely provided a key fob by Justin Land.
