Today was my last day of my appointments at southwest foot and ankle and I wanted to say thank you again to Dr Hayes James and his group with my bunion and helping me through. I’m Gonna miss everyone there . Come back and visit !
I have been a patient for several years and last June I had surgery for plantar fasciitis and tarsal tunnel. I actually think my foot hurts worse than before surgery. I recently had an injury to my foot that I had surgery on so I made an appointment for that and I needed another cortisone shot in other foot to avoid having another surgery. I get a call that I owe a balance which I understand but I cannot work and have no money. First time encounter with this group. They were excellent and very attentive and caring team. This was for a toe amputation. It was attended to quickly and effectively.
Loved it fast and helpful
I went there yesterday for a simple corn removal and the nurse went to deep and i started bleeding for 5 minutes. Now it hurts more now then it did before when I walk on it. Also not even a apologize
