Dr Rowley was very thurough with his questions and checkup. He also showed much empathy and respect for the questions that my brother had for him about his situation.

I liked how Dr. Rowley engaged in a discussion with me about the pros and cons of available treatment options. He listened to me and adjusted his recommendations to incorporate the information I offered. Some patients may not enjoy such discussions with their medical provider - they would rather have others be solely responsible for decisions about their health. I prefer being educated about the options and being part of the decision-making process.
