Horrible customer service. We called with a dog who was coughing and had labored breathing. After an initial mix up and apology for a misunderstanding on my end, the lady on the other end became incredibly rude, threw me a number and hung up on me. After calling back to see if we could get the number or address, we were told they would not see us at all and hung up on us again.

On the morning of 12/21, my dog Charlie had difficulty getting up on his hind legs. Yet the previous evening he could get up and walk. He was also shaking an awful lot. I called our Vet. and they recommended he go to the emergency. I brought him to your facility since it was the closest. He was able to walk to the car, but it was obvious he was walking awkwardly on his back legs. He continued to shake a lot. When we arrived at your facility we were placed in a room to await a doctor.
