I have called two days in a row and have left messages for a call back. I haven’t received any call back. I will call again third day in a row but my expectation of receiving a response is low. I am beginning to think I need to find a new office and doctor. I am a newer patient within the last two months, recently diagnosed and confirmed just in the last week and was prescribed meds which I’m having side effects. Llame el miércoles agosto 14, 2024 para cita de paciente nuevo me pidieron toda la información del plan médico para ellos confirmar que cubre la visita, en ese momento me dijeron q la cita era para octubre pero q no me la podían dar hasta confirmar con el plan, quedaron en llamarme al otro dia y no lo hicieron y cuando llamo hoy agosto 19 no tienen nada de mi información y para colmo las citas ahora están para noviembre. Deberían ser un poco mas responsable con las citas de los paciente nuevos.

Dr. Skopis is great. She really cares about the patients. She took the time to listen all my concerns. I am really going back to see her.
