I absolutely love Dr. Sajnani. She takes her time to gather all the facts, thoroughly, before jumping to conclusions. Im not going to lie, at first, with her Diagnosing me with R.A., I went into a denial. Which set me back several months on being treated. Dr. S understood this and quickly tried to help me catch up on the time lost. She has compassion, understanding and the utmost Professionalism that anyone would desire in any Dr. However, I had to take 2 stars off for the lack of any of those qualities in the staff. After making me wait months for an appointment made through the VA office, Southwest Florida Rheumatology sent me several emails changing the appointment date, time and place. Then when I called them (Monica claimed to be the office manager; later someone else called me and told me that Monica was not the office manager) Monica said she has no idea what is happening or why I am getting conflicting information.
