Schedules my appointment for 2:40 pm and when I get there, 1st the receptionist working was rude and then the receptionist who I scheduled my appointment with put in the wrong time in the books for 1pm. So I missed my appointment and now have to wait 3 more weeks till I can see the Dr. For my back issue, which is painful.... I see why they get terrible reviews... asking my primary doctor to change my referral to a different neurosurgeon facility. 😡

These reviews speak for themselves. I am directing this frustration to Kelly the manager and her superior(s) that continue to allow her to be employed there. My father is a patient there and she is always an issue and has no sense of compassion for the poor people that HAVE to go there. Some of the worst Front office staff and schedulers in healthcare. They got a referal from the hospital and didn't bother to look up the chart or request the Scans that the Dr. wanted before seeing me as a patient. They never mentioned over the phone about bringing scans in. The manager looked for any reason to let me go with rudeness. Used a positive test result for Covid From 2 WEEKS AGO and while BEING asymptomatic to schedule a visit one month after serious head trauma.
