MBA Airport Transportation is expensive because they are taking advantage of a exclusivity contract with the RSW airport. Please try to find other options, even renting a car is cheaper than riding this taxi line. You can also try to ask them to take you to the closest gas station and get an uber from there, still cheaper! There's no other reason for this service to be so expensive, no luxury or courteous or anything out of the ordinary.
