In a word: Inconsistent. We waited for an hour and one half for our checked baggage to be delivered to Carousel 10 after an on-time arrival at JetBlue. We were told that baggage handlers could not work the ramp because of lightning. After about 1/2 hour of wait, we noticed other airlines (Delta & American) disgorging passengers and luggage into the terminal. When asked why JetBlue wouldn't unload checked baggage like the other airlines, we were essentially greeted with a shrug.
