The owner is a money hungry narcissist who has no idea how to run a home health business. There aren’t enough nurses to cover the patient load and office staff work ridiculous hours with no work/home balance. The patients themselves is the best thing about this company. They are very understanding and patient because they just want the help.

Not the first experience so knew what to expect. Very unprofessional. Therapists called last minute to come without appt. Came late when had appt. Appt barely lasted 30 minutes. Continued even after discussion of scheduling. Would not recommend and would go so far as to warn against using.

I've had the pleasure of partnering with Southwest in two communities I've worked at and both the nursing staff as well as the residents and families have had nothing but positive things to say about them. Scott does an amazing job out in the community and the therapists are professional and caring!

I can't say enough good things about the staff in this company. Amazing teamwork and most important, communication, within the team as they kept each team member informed of any changes or issues. The staff is also very compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
