Takes ages to respond then never actually responds to the message originally asked. Makes me wonder if they want to sell or start a car museum. Messages on eBay never answered nor email. waste of time trying to chase them to sell me a car. Over a week later and all I know is they still have the car.
Anyone looking for anything even remotely quality, go elsewhere. Worked with Marc from start to finish, which of course started out great; but over the course of the experience I received false information on multiple occasions. Vehicle was posted saying shipping nationwide from $200-$900, and I was charged $1,500 - obviously based on distance, but regardless the post was/is false advertisement; posted as $200-$900, my max should have been $900... My mother Bought a used truck at southwest Florida auto about 3 weeks ago. Traded in her Toyota Camry. About a week ago, the salesman called her to say that he was going to lose his job because he sold the truck too cheap. At this point the Camry had been paid off by the dealership. He proceeded to call and text multiple times. She got a text from the salesman 2-3 days ago to tell her that the contract was void and she needed to pick her car up and give the truck back. RecommendedWhat a great no hassle experience! Mark was very easy to work with. We drove 4.5 hours to get the vehicle of my wife’s dreams. Thank you so much! The vehicle was exactly as pictured. Mark was upfront on things that needed attention (derailing and tire balance). He did the detailing before we left. We are super pleased with our buying experience.
They had a few problems a while back, but under new management, they are working hard to make sure each and every customer is happy with their purchase. They have a great selection of vehicles and Mark is fantastic. I will be telling all to go here for their "new" used cars.
