This has to be the best credit union in the country. Not only have I ever had a monetary problem, but they are friendly and respectful when you deal with them. They don't hurry you along when you call but take all the time needed to get you what you need.
I've been with SWFFCU for about 12 years. They've been nothing but helpful to me, always kind and courteous, even when I don't get approved for loans (haha). They are a fantastic bunch of people, and I will never leave this credit union!
Highly recommended. Great customer service, been a member for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. The employees go over and beyond for us, especially Mary Larson!
