VERY POOR customer service. Unfortunately could not make it back to the actual provider! Started filling out the paperwork and even before I could finish they were asking about pain medications.. Plus I was told Tylenol and advil is not pain medicine according to the lady who checks you in.
Went for DOT physical. Appointment was 1:30 but wanted me there at 1 to fill out paper work filled out paper work and proceeded to wait another hour before being called back. Weighed and urine tested and vtals taken (5min) then waited another 15 to 20 minutes before they came in for the physical. (Mind you the walls are paper thin and you can hear all conversations about everything but medical then they state they need to get done and show up in your room.)
