Deciced to tey this clinic based on advertising i had received in the mail. My first visit was a good experience. Staff was very friendly, helpful, patient, and welcoming. First visit with exam and cleaning I was given a free electric toothbrush which was an awesome gift. Overall amazing experience and very impressed with this clinic. I booked my next appointment for next day for a filling and they were excellent with dealing with me and my dental anxiety for needles to get a filling. Great place, excellent customer care and friendly
I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, Dr. Wang and her assistant were very friendly and professional. I unfortunately didn't have insurance, and they really went out of their way to keep things as inexpensive as possible. I would reccomend this clinic to anyone looking for a very pleasant and professional experience!
I recently visited Southwest Family Dental clinic for teeth cleaning and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The cleaning itself was thorough and gentle, and the hygienist took the time to explain everything she was doing. The office was modern and clean, with state-of-the-art equipment. I've never felt so confident in my oral health. 10/10 would recommend.
