Personal and friendly
From the moment I waked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Clinic focused on providing dental care services in an environment that can enhance patient comfort and reduce anxiety .All the staff is very attentive and wonderful .We mosty deal with Robin, and she is just amazing. Dr. Wang was not only highly professional but also very personable, taking the time to explain each step of the process and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend this clinic.
This was my daughter’s first visit to this clinic, and it was a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be bringing my other kids here as well. The front desk staff were very kind and positive, and the doctor was extremely patient and caring. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for families with young children.
Am a 7th grader who just slept late at night. Then I had to have my cleaning in the morning. I did not talk much, as I only got a couple of hours of sleep and i was clearly tired. But the dental hygenist went twice to my mother thinking I had some mental issue like autism or a tic. This enraged me a lot and ruined my day.
