If you’re looking for a terrible experience, this is the perfect place. Truly outstanding at being unprofessional. The doctor is never there, the office is randomly closed, and they don’t even bother to call or notify you to reschedule. Appointments clearly mean nothing here. As you can see in the photo, the only effort they make to show how little they care about their customers is a piece of paper taped to the front door. Terrible service. If I could give zero stars, I would. How is it possible that I’ve gone twice with an appointment, and when I arrive the place is closed? They don’t even bother to call or notify customers. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Don’t waste your time, look for another provider.
My Dr was very informative and precise about what I needed to have done. I felt confident in what he was saying and how to move forward. Thank You
I have gone to this facility twice for a eye exam. The first time they said they must do a mandatory dilation. It would be nice if they would let you know so I could bring someone to drive me home. Plus I told them I literally just got one 2 days before. They didn't care and still made me do the dialation. I got my prescription and it was not correct. I can see better with my older glasses than with the prescription he just gave me. So I went back and Dr Bryan Lallathin came in and he was supposed to recheck my prescription.... read more
