Came out of to get the estimate of the job was promised a call to set appointment never called i called twice and told will call you back no phone call I feel like I shouldn't have to chase a company to have my business
Eric and his team are amazing. I have hired the pest-bros and their companies and there is always something that either goes wrong or the service is not as effective as I think it should be. I call up Southwest and not only does he educate me, but he solves the problem. I honestly think no one else is as knowledgeable or educated in the pest industry in Southern Utah. This is a really excellent service for exterior and interior pest control.
Dean came out the same day that we called to spray our newly purchased house. He was fantastic. Personable and friendly and went right to work. We haven’t seen any more spiders or scorpions either !!
