The appointment was made for Friday April 10th at 2pm. My brother-in-law also drove 3 hours away (coming from Spanish Fork) both of us to be stood up. I called Southwest Exterminators and we made a firm appointment to meet at a home i recently purchased, Friday at 2pm; I live in Las Vegas, so its a 3 hour drive for me. 3pm came and no tech came and no word from anybody, I called them and whoever answered the phone said they would reach out out to the tech to see what the delay was. 4 pm came and NOBODY had showed up, I called once again, same story.
