Buyer beware of false advertising!!! The “Villa” is not 4x4 as advertised, but actually just under 3x4 - I measured it at 35”x48”. There is no way my 2 medium-sized dogs could’ve boarded in there together! I’m so glad I walked back with them, otherwise the poor things would’ve been cramped all weekend. When I voiced my concerns, the employee working did not seem to understand the issue and was less than helpful. Wonderful place to drop your dogs off for doggie day care, amazing staff and great facility! The Penthouse and Mansions is what I use for boarding as well! Great place overall.
We have been using them for a couple years and have been very happy with their service.
What a great and friendly group of people who love animals. We have been taking our dogs there since we moved to Yuma.
I already left a bad review... but just want to update it. Tics!!! Yup, so far 5!!! After numerous flea and tic baths we so far “, as of today, have found 5!!!!
My Harley and Lucy love going there to get their baths and brushes. I'm excited to see how they like the kennel next month. The ladies always take good care of my babies

We were spending winter in Yuma. We decided to take a side trip and needed someplace for our labradoodle, Bently, to stay for a couple of days. A friend told us about Southwest Exchange, my husband and I checked it out. Looked good and workers friendly. Short story, it was wonderful, they were so caring, friendly and Bently had a great time. He loved the pool and playtime. He would go just for play days. It’s was great !!!!!
