My experience with Southwest Equity Partners was disappointing, not because problems occurred, but because of how they were handled. During my residency I experienced multiple issues, including move-in lockouts, months of elevator noise, a freezer/ice maker that never functioned properly, billing errors that were initially denied and later corrected, and communication that often focused on closing work orders rather than confirming the resident’s experience had actually been resolved. I had a great experience with Tenesha Womack over at NV Lofts. She was extremely helpful and followed through on her commitment to help resolve my parking situation. I really appreciated her communication and willingness to work with me to find a solution. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who listens and takes care of residents’ concerns. At Casa de Balboa, Susy Saldana has made really great changes to the complex in the short time that she has been the resident manager. She's added fun and enjoyable monthly get togethers with the residents, the grounds maintenance is impeccable, and when something need to be fixed, it's fixed immediately. She's personally helped me tremendously. Great place to live!
