I live in 315 it’s 2026 and we still have the best maintenance man. Kinney Lee! As solid as a good human being could ever be. He fixes what nobody else will fix. He gets done what nobody else will approve or get done because he works magic. The old cliché - he goes above and beyond - just doesn’t describe it. If you do something right, the first time, no need to take any other effort to maintain the Apartments. Thanks to him things don’t pile up. He gets everything done fast.
