Chapman Place was the worst living experience I have had. Charged me over $300 on move out to "patch and paint" nothing more than small nail holes for picture frames. They waited until 3 days before my lease was up with no advanced notice to come inspect and I was out of town so unable to be present at the walk through. When I first moved into one of Southwest Equity Partners' properties, the management team appeared professional, and the experience began smoothly. My most recent maintenance request was the sink would not drain, I filed a request and Martin with Southwest called me within 10 minutes to find a time to fix it. He fixed it with no issue and also cleaned my sink as a nice gesture. Very happy with the service and how it happened in a timely manner. Thank you!
Wil lacks knowledge and claims to have only four years of experience in real estate. He was argumentative and confrontational during our interaction. I would advise caution to anyone considering doing business with him.
Requested for bathroom maintenance a day before and Martin showed up the following day and handled business. Martin is very professional and definitely knows what he is doing. Great worker.
