The maintenance guy Eddie explained everything he did well. He is patient and respectful. He redid our clubhouse ni e and bright. This place is shining :)
Wow! Susy in the office has gone above and beyond for my Mom since she has moved in. We just moved units and Eddie and the crew had the place all fixed up and immaculate upon move in. My mom and I are so happy with the care and diligence the La Casa Balboa team continue to work with. A million STARS!!
This company will nickel and dime you left and right. Made me pay over $60 for hair in my drain. This was not in my lease and I was not informed ahead of time. They never instructed me on how to make the repair myself and the drain cover is damn impossible to remove. Management takes days if not weeks to respond. I’ve lived many places and this shit is ridiculous.
John was very communicative and efficient in helping fix my two maintenance issues. Would definitely recommend!!
Shawn fixed my fridge filter for me today. He's always polite and respectful, and very easy to communicate with.
