Kinny Lee has hands down been the most hard-working, professional, and friendly maintenance person that we’ve had at Southwest Equity Partners Jefferson House Ii apartments where I have called my home for the last 18 years. Kinny is knowledgeable and thorough in all that he does and he follows up to ensure the work has been done properly.
This our third apartment and I’ve got to say that third time is a charm! Our property manager, Ana, made the move in process very easy and she has been great to us since our move in. She is highly responsive and does everything within her power to fix the issues tenets experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment at a good price point!
Having Ana Pino as property manager is great. She is always available and responsive, and having her living on the property with us makes it even better!
