My experience with Southwest Equity Partners was disappointing, not because problems occurred, but because of how they were handled. During my residency I experienced multiple issues, including move-in lockouts, months of elevator noise, a freezer/ice maker that never functioned properly, billing errors that were initially denied and later corrected, and communication that often focused on closing work orders rather than confirming the resident’s experience had actually been resolved. I had a great experience with Tenesha Womack over at NV Lofts. She was extremely helpful and followed through on her commitment to help resolve my parking situation.
