She has warmth, friendliness, and professional expertise in creating a living experience that exceeds any other apartment I have been in. This is regarding a property called Uptown Lofts. I just want to share my personal experience with management and Alethia so others are aware. When I applied, the property was advertising 8 weeks free rent, which was also shown on their website at the time. After management changed, that offer was no longer honored, and communication about it became confusing.
