I can't say enough about Dr. Robinson's handling of my elderly mare's euthanasia. We had never met and she was so kind and compassionate. Not to mention the fact she actually listened to me. I had another vet cancel on me that morning. I called Southwest and they were wonderful about getting a vet out to me. I will be using them from now on.
Middle of the night visit with my friend's Thoroghbred with a tricky colic. GREAT care provided to this special off the track mare. Plus, the professional & knowledgeable staff treated her humans with concerned empathy too. The efficiency, knowledge & especially the kindness shown to both our equine & her humans meant so much. HIGHLY recommend!!
