Dr Kheterpal is fine. He's a great doctor with a good bedside manner. However, his STAFF is grossly incompetent. Due to their inconceivable incompetence, I have been over-charged hundreds of dollars. I called to straighten it out, and asked "can I come over right now? I can be there in 10 minutes." Reply: yes, please come over now and we can straighten it out." 10 minutes later (11:25am), I am left in the hallway knocking on a locked door. Dr. Khetarpal was wonderful and the wait time was not bad. I spent perhaps an hour to an hour and a half there, (which is pretty average for doctor visits). Very satisfied with the Doctor's assistant and the employees. Only bad thing was the parking, but not enough to make me stay away (it's understandable because of the Hospital). Other than that, I had a horrible ear infection that progressed in 3 days and after seeing an MD I decided to see a specialist (MD had prescribed antibiotic that was not working) and I am so grate... read more
