Dr Vankatesh was amazing as always and Lorrie was wonderful until I wasn’t moving fast enough for her and then she was very rude. My husband had an emergency colonoscopy and Lorrie was wonderful when I first got into the area for recovery. For some reason the report was taking a long time and the Dr hadn’t come to see us yet. Lorrie told us we would be moved into a consultation room. Between all of those things happening I was dreading the worst outcome possible. I am 82 years young and I just want to say every one there Dr. to the staff was just wonderful, always there with a worm blanket and a glass of cold water, so thank you for being so nice to me I do appreciate it. thanks, M. Blake
