Without question the most painful procedure I have ever had. Not because a root canal is painful but because of the ineptitude of this practice.
I had really bad experience of root canal with Dr. Cyr. This doctor doesn’t have any patience to the patients. I am very disappointed about his skill since I got the Trigeminal nerve damaged after the root canal. He doesn’t want to do anything to deal with the pain. Only asked me to find a pain management doctor.
From the initial phone call, to the visit and after, everything went smooth! The receptionist (Cindy) was extremely sweet, able to accommodate a same day appt. The assistant (Sandy) made sure I was comfortable and even offered a few calming techniques......Dr Cyr explained everything in great detail and although the tooth couldn’t be saved, the receptionist got on the phone and found an oral surgeon to see me immediately!
