Great Guys!!
We've had multiple issues with our windows leaking. We bought a new home with these very expensive windows and contacted them within the warranty period but never received an adequate response. I've emailed, provided videos, and called this company but they refuse to bring anyone out to help remedy the situation. I would not recommend this company because of all the issues we've had.
Tried to call them to find out if they could supply what I need. Neither sales nor purchasing or even the operator answered the phone.
Do not even think about working with this company as a builder. Everyday they became more and more careless with customer satisfaction.
