The people in the actual building are helpful, but i seem to have a really difficult time trying to get a hold of them about my assessment! They never answer when I call, and only want to communicate via email? Haven't responded to me in 3 days, after taking a week to get a hold of me and i'm trying to get my certification so I can get a pop-up going!
Always answer the phone and are very helpful.
